Distributors and importers often start with the same three questions.

  • Can I see a sample? Yes. Samples take 7 to 10 days. Samples without printing are free, and printed samples are charged.
  • What will the bags cost landed? We quote FOB, CIF, DAP or DDP, so you can compare the price on the terms you use.

Bags for US buyers

Shipping to the United States

On FOB we load the goods at Kolkata port and you arrange the freight. On CIF we pay the freight and insurance to your US port. On DAP we deliver to your named place and you clear import. On DDP we deliver with duties paid. Import rules and duties depend on the product and your broker. Tell us your delivery location and we quote DDP, or we work with your own broker on FOB, CIF or DAP. Bags for promotions and events

Many US buyers order branded bags for promotions, events and retail. We print and embroider in our own unit. The methods are screen printing, digital printing and embroidery. Our design team can send a mock-up before we make a sample. Send artwork as a vector file in AI, EPS or PDF format.

Order size and timing

Export orders start at 1,000 pieces per design, with a minimum total order of 5,000 pieces. Production takes 30 to 60 days, and we confirm the date when you approve the sample.

Quality checks

When fabric arrives from the mill we check it against what was ordered. Every finished bag is then checked by hand, one by one, following strict instructions from our QC manager.   • The quantity
  • The certificate and documents you need with the order
  • The number of colours and sides to be printed
  • The delivery date
  • The delivery location, so we can price DDP
